    I only have a couple minor changes for you today.

    It's a good idea to put some cream ON IT. (ISA, IT REFERS TO THE SORE BACK)

    It's a good idea to GET a massage (ISA, IF YOU SAY 'GIVE' IT MEANS THE PERSON WITH THE SOREBACK IS GOING TO GIVE SOMEONE ELSE A MASSAGE. THEY WANT A MASSAGE SO THEY ARE GOING TO 'GET' A MASSAGE.)
